Can I have pets?  No pets are allowed in the unit.

Can I smoke?  No. All units in The Ponds are non-smoking.

What is the deposit policy?  Long-term rentals (6 months to 1 year) require the payment of the first month's rent, plus a refundable security deposit of $1,000 prior to move-in.  Short-term rentals require a refundable 50% deposit at the time of reservation.  Full (non-refundable) payment is due 14 days prior to move-in.

Can I have roommates?  No more than two adults and one child are permitted to reside in the unit.  Additional guests are permitted for seven days or less.

What if I have bad credit?  Though good payment history is important, we screen applicants on many dimensions of suitability.  Applicant who prepay are not required to submit to a credit check.

Will you connect my phone, internet, cable, etc.?  We would be happy to recommend providers for these and other services.  Only short-term tenants will have them automatically provided.
